Ingredients
- 4lb onions
- 1/2 lb soft brown sugar
- 1 Tbl spoon dry mustard
- 1 Tea spoon
- 1 Tea spoon pepper
- 1 quart vinegar.
Method
- Peel onions put salt.pepper,mustard in pan
- Use some vinegar to make paste gradually add rest of vinegar and add sugar
- Bring to boil when cool pour over onions.
- Ready in 3 weeks.
