Ingredients

• 6oz flour
• Salt &cayenne pepper
• Dry mustard
• 3oz butter
• 4oz grated cheese
• 1 egg yolk
• a little water

Method

1. Mix together flour & seasoning  rub in fat then
2. Lightly rub in cheese, mix with egg yolk and just enough water to give a smooth fairly stiff dough mix well
3. Roll out dough thinly and cut into narrow strips of even lengths and thickness
4. Bake in a fan oven for 5-7 mins until golden
