Ingredients
- 100g Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 100g Creamed Coconut
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Tbsp of Lime Juice
- 1 tsp of Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 150ml Water
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Oil
Method
- Finely chop onion and fry in peanut oil on medium heat until softened
- Stir in peanut butter and chilli powder, gradually adding the water
- Add the creamed coconut and stir continuously until mixed
- Leave on heat for 5 min, stirring regularly
- Add more water if the sauce becomes too thick.
- Finally add the soy sauce and lime juice and fully mix
