Ingredients
- 50ml Sailor Jerry Rum
- 100ml Cream Soda
- 250g italian sausage meat
- 1200g ground beef
- 40g sweet onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground pepper
- 6 burger buns
- 6 cheese slices
Method
- Put Sailor Jerry Rum in freezer
- Mix together sausage meat, beef mince, onions, salt and pepper
- Form mixture into burgers
- Cook burgers, until they are cooked to your preferred liking (7 mins should be medium-rare)
- While the burgers are cooking, get the Rum out of the freezer and mix with the cream soda
- Add cheese on top of your burgers for the final minute of cooking
- Put burgers into buns
- Enjoy! (as well as your drink!)
