Ingredients
- 900g ground beef
- 80ml lager
- 4 Tbs Sailor Jerry Rum
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce (or Henderson’s for those in Yorkshire!)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Method
- Combine all ingredients until evenly mixed
- Shape into 6 or 7 burgers
- Cook until you have reached how well done you want it
- Enjoy!
